As a third generation real estate developer, Bayard Boyle knows something about entrepreneurship – he’s learned from the best. Mr. Boyle’s business success is based largely on his determination to pick the best people.
Mr. Boyle currently serves as Chairman of Boyle Investment Company, an organization started by his father. Alongside President Henry Morgan, Mr. Boyle has led the company to become a leader in the real estate arena, developing prime properties in Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, Texas and Arkansas.
Mr. Boyle has served on the boards of Rhodes College, St George’s School, Pathfinder International and is a board member and former chairman of Intercollegiate Studies Institute in Wilmington, DE. He and his wife are members of Woodland Presbyterian Church.

A 2001 inductee into the Society of Entrepreneurs, Henry W. Morgan is a man who has learned that hard work, innovation and dedication are what bring success. He currently serves as President of the Boyle Investment Company, a position he holds after working his way up from when he joined the company in 1965.
Alongside Boyle’s Chairman, Bayard Boyle, Mr. Morgan has led the company to becoming a leader in the real estate arena, developing prime properties in Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, Texas, Illinois, Kentucky and Arkansas. Their projects include office properties, retail holdings and large build-to-suit headquarters for major corporations.
Mr. Morgan’s community interest involvements are numerous, including the Boy Scouts of America, the Boys’ Club of Memphis, the Memphis Arts Council, Baptist Healthcare Foundation, The Trezevant Manor and the Allen Morgan Nursing Center.
